Comments: I tore apart my fridge as it was no longer cooling properly. I got the freezer to work, but the fridge was still not getting cold. I called Tim when I was ready to give up. He couldn't get to me till the next day because his schedule was full, but offered some insight on what he thought the problem was and where to get the part I needed in town. I got the fan replaced and my unit is working like new. While I didn't use Tim's services, I can't say enough about his willingness to help. I'll certainly be using him in the future!

That's customer service. The appointment was to fix my dishwasher (16+ yrs old) which would not drain fully. After examining the dishwasher, Tim determined the issue was with the timer. The cost to replace the timer was not cost effective so we decided it would be best to replace the dishwasher.
